This site is a tribute to Michelle Mattocks, who was born in Manchester on March 13, 1950. Michelle grew up in Middleton with her parent Stella and Bernard Mosco and her younger brother Les Mosco. While studying French at Sheffield University she met John and got married at the end of her degree. Michelle and John had two children, Joanne and Paul. Later Michelle met Seiriol who she spent most of her adult life with. They enjoyed good food, wine and plenty of great company together. Michelle adored her five grandchildren Ava-Mae, Harvey, Jasmine, Skye and Callum and was proud to be known as Grandma Chatterbox. Sadly MND took her life very suddenly. Although the symptoms had been getting worse for about 11 months, her diagnosis only came 5 days before she became unable to breathe and she passed away shortly after. She will always be remembered by so many people.
